Green Bean Ice Aroma Serai

Ingredients :
  • 100 g green beans, boiled until cooked and soft

  • 200 ml evaporated milk
  • Ice cubes


Jellies :
  • 1 packet (15 g) jelly powder colors
  • 700 ml of water
  • 150 g sugar
  • Lemongrass syrup, and cook until thickened:
  • 300 g sugar
  • 200 ml of water
  • 6 stalks lemongrass, take the white part, crushed
  • 1/8 drops of green food coloring


How to Make :
  1. Jelly: Mix jelly powder with water and sugar in a saucepan and stir well. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Pour into the pan size 20x8x5 cm, smooth. Store in the refrigerator until hardened. Remove, cut into 1 cm cubes. Set aside.
  2. Combine green beans, avocados, grass jelly, sweet basil, and chunks of jelly with evaporated milk and lemongrass syrup and stir well. Add the ice cubes.
  3. Serve cold.
