Ice Cream Rujak


At this time I will share the recipe how to make a delicious Ice Cream Rujak and not difficult to make. Here are the ingredients and how to make Rujak Ice Cream.

Ingredients :
  • 300 g mango manalagi or indramayu still mengkal, peeled, cut into matchsticks
  • 300 g kedondong, peeled, cut into matchsticks
  • 300 g cucumber, shaved rough
  • 300 g yam, peeled, shaved rough
  • 200 g of red sweet potatoes, peeled, shaved
  • 300 g pineapple, peeled, cut into small pieces
  • 300 ml of boiled water
  • 200 g sugar, comb
  • 50 g tamarind, dissolved in 100 ml water
  • 3 pieces chili sauce, mashed
  • 2 pieces of curly red chili, puree
  • ¼ tablespoon of salt
  • 500 ml coconut flavor ice puter or kopyor
  • 100 g peanuts, roasted, roughly chopped

How to Make :
  1. Combine the mango, kedondong, cucumber, yam, sweet red, and pineapple in a large bowl. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  2. Boil water with sugar, tamarind, chili, chili curly, and salt until boiling and sugar dissolves. Remove and strain.
  3. After cooling salad dressing, mix into the fruit. Spoon into 6 serving glasses. Give 1 scoop ice puter and sprinkle with peanuts. Serve immediately.
